I am not one to usually leave feedback on websites. However on this occasion I felt that it was an absolute necessity to let the staff at Llanelli Motor Company and possible future customers know about the service that I have received.

On entering the garage with my family I was greeted by Dale, who made us all feel very welcome, he was polite and very helpful . Unlike some salesmen he did not pressurise me and even encouraged me to look around at other garages and assured me he would be able to offer me the beast deal available on the market. I accepted this offer and looked around only to return in earnest back to Llanelli Motor Company. 
I purchased the car of my dreams and part exchanged my old car for an excellent trade in price. The service I received was outstanding and the transaction from buying my new vehicle to having the final balance settled on my old car was seamless.
I have now been driving around with a smile on my face for 2 weeks in my new car and I would just like to thank all the staff at Llanelli Motor Company for their outstanding service. I have already recommended the garage to all my friends and colleagues at work and will definitely be returning at a later date.

Excellent customer service, Dale was a pleasure to deal with, both helpful and informative with no pressure to buy and made the whole process quick and easy.  Really pleased with my new purchase and the service I received.  I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to family and friends and would definitely come back again!
