Siobhan was extremely expedient, cheerful and provide us with an upgrade at no addiotional expense, which proved invaluable given that my son had so many belongings that we had to collect from his school. On our return the service remained exemplary and I booked immediately another hire to take him back to school. Siobhan ensured that I would have a similar car at a reasonable hire price. Great staff...fast & friendly service. Great service from Scott & Pete on the pickup and return day. Thanks guys! However... Online booking system and the actual person I spoke to did not update my booking to show a change (move pickup to one hour earlier than booked). The vehicle was ready but I needed to set off one hour earlier as the updated booking indicated. This had not been communicated to the Penistone Road branch.

Excellent service, prompt, friendly and ideal in rainy days when you can just park under the old petrol station roof!

It wasn't the company's fault that the vehicle reserved for me got returned to the Meadowhall branch! I was in a hurry and staff were fast to get me a different vehicle. Lovely staff manner, made me feel reassured and that I was in good hands.
