Really disappointing experience with these. Hired a car online for around £60 and on arrival was told I'd have to pay an extra £20 because I was dropping the car off out of hours. I was not clearly informed about this when booking (it should have been in the quoted fee, but wasn't). Had I known I would have used AVIS who are cheaper and don't charge for drop-off. The drop off involved posting keys in a letterbox, which I presume does not cost £20 to manage. I will use AVIS for all future bookings.

Booked a van online and paid up. Only to get a call back saying they have no vehicles in stock. Why waist my time. Never use again
