I picked the car up myself, no problem, they gave the car to me with a slow puncture, messing about getting a new tyre, spent nearly £150 on diesel in 2 weeks, returned the car with the same amount of petrol I picked it up with, then they have the cheek to charge me, fuming is an understatement. Never again will I use this company.

Absolute jokers. Car arrived between 2 - 3 hours after expected time. Was told I wouldn't need to return the car with a full tank of fuel as compensation. Car was picked up 2 hours after expected time upon return of the vehicle. Was later charged 88 pound for petrol on a 1.4 astra. Called customer services and I was to blame. Also the women claimed she was the only one in the office. Never trust these guys they only look out for themselves and can't manage a business properly. I'm not slating it nation wise just the Bolton one

Don't trust Europcar - you will end up paying more than you bargained for. It says on their website that all tax is included. It isn't. When you get their final bill you will find 21% added on. You won't know this because you don't get to see copy of order or invoice until after your rental. As soon as you find a copy of your order is not forthcoming, make sure you cancel the booking and go elsewhere.
