Positive: Nice views, we were able to walk straight onto the wheel due to no queues in front of us. The wheel completed three rotations to ensure we had approximately ten minutes on the wheel.nnNegative: As many reviews have already said, lack of customer service. The young chap that directed everyone to their pods was very polite. However, the lady in the ticket booth really needs to find a different career. Flaming miserable! On top of this, this pricing structure is a farce.nAn adult is classed as anyone below the height of 1.4 metres, to give an idea of how mad this is we had a group of five children the youngest being 8 and all these were classed as 'adults'. The 1.4 metres was measured with tape attached to the ticket booth that was less than 1.4 metres from the floor level! I can see why they do it, how many people are confident enough to challenge this? I'm sure the majority give in and just pay the adult prices.nHowever, when we queried this we were promptly charged child prices for all those under 18.nnSummary, not bad, nice views and a decent amount of time of the wheel for your money. However, with such consistent negative feedback maybe a rethink is needed how who sits at 'front of house'?
It's back up again!nFitted 4 adults and a young child in the gondola easily. 3 times round and great views all round.
It is closed for this season,but Enjoyed by many during the summer months, it's taken down for the winter and being packed away now, September the wheel will be back April 2025.

Best £6 I've spent in a long time! Fabulous views. Plenty of time on ride 3 revolutions. Comfortable, spacious pods with easy boarding and friendly, helpful staff. Very memorable experience, thank you, will be coming back for an evening ride.
