Probably the worst cinema I’ve been to. Dirty, messy, rude staff and very poorly run.nnYou have to purchase your ticket at the entrance now. Despite asking if the cinema was busy, I have to wait in a queue for 30min to get my food I ordered. Missed the start of the film.nnNachos were stale and drenched in horrible cheese sauce.nnI then had to go and get them changed as they were not edible only to wait another 25 min in the queue.nnStaff are super rude and have an attitude problemnnI really think the health inspector should come and have a look at this place. It’s totally disgusting.
Positive Feedback for Vue Cinema Staines**nnI recently visited Vue Cinema Staines to see Wicket and had a fantastic experience! The cinema is well-maintained, with comfortable, spacious seating that makes for an enjoyable movie-watching experience. They offer a great selection of films, from the latest blockbusters to indie gems, ensuring there's something for everyone.nnThe staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere. The concessions stand also offers a good variety of snacks and drinks. Overall, Vue Cinema Staines exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for a great day out at the movies!
Unfortunately, this is not the cleanest of cinema I have been to. The lobby smelt pongy, and the standard seats in my row at my movie screening were visibly filthy. I would definitely think twice/three times before booking to watch a film here again.
Went to see the movie of the decade wicked - incredible film but the entire experience was ruined by the experience of the cinema.nnThe staff literally don’t care, you’re in a long queue waiting to collect your over priced snacks to which the machines don’t work and the staff can’t be asked to offer you anything else for your expense. Staff too busy chatting to their mates who think they have rights to skip the queue and get all snacks for their mates.nnFilm viewing etiquette has gone out the window too. Kind word to parents, if your children are bored, take them home. Teenagers taking Snapchat’s throughout the film, leave. Honestly such an annoying and disheartening experience. It’ll be a very long time before I ever return to Vue in Staines. Would rather give my money to the likes of an Everyman.nnCinema was not cleaned and just disgusting.
Massively understaffed. Poor communication to customers. Poor accessibility.nnI’m on crutches, arrived 20 minutes before my showing. Staff at the door said they wouldn’t let anyone enter the venue until 10 minutes before their film started. I asked if I could sit down inside, because I’m disabled. Was told no, and to go wait in my car.nnThe people for the entire sold out screen assembled outside. There were no displays with the information, so people kept coming up to the front and this was explained to them. For most of this there was only one junior member of staff.nnEventually we were let in, 10 minutes after time on the ticket. After 30 minutes of waiting. Since the adverts had started, no one could find their seats.
