I bought my wedding dress from Emma's almost 5 years ago. No date planned at that point... however it was no trouble for Jane who allowed me to pay for my dress as and when & they kept my dress for me. 2 years ago we finally booked our wedding. The girls at Emma's were so excited for me, they became my wedding family. When I came to have my first fitting in April 2017 I met Kerry who was so down to earth & I felt like I'd known her from day one. Kerry helped me with my change of veil & headpiece & knew exactly what would go. At the 2 subsequent fittings the girls were so excited at how quick the wedding was coming along & I never felt rushed by them. They would always allocate an appropriate time for a fitting to avoid any distractions so that you can enjoy your moment. The day before the wedding I collected my dress & felt like I was saying goodbye to my wedding family who had looked after my dress so well for me & it was time for me to take it home. I would highly recommend Emma's over and over. They work so hard, know what you need & are so supportive & friendly along the way. I've been into other bridal shops before and I have never had the same experience that I had when I go into Emma's. Thanks so much girls for everything once we have our photographs we will be round, Megan xxx

This is a bit late posting this , but can I just say our whole wedding experience was amazing in this shop from the start to in fact the day of the wedding  nothing was too much trouble , Gordon is one of the great people in life that you instantly get on with and he was meticulous in every detail , me and the best man and my dad and my wife’s father looked amazing in our suits , the fact that I had to drive round to shop on day of wedding and he tied every cravat for all of us so they didn’t spoil the look .so we just put them on at last minute and they were perfect , he was not the bit put out by my just turning up , I should of really invited him after that , sorry Gordon , my wife had a similar experience with the girls in the shop who fussed over her and calmed her down a lot , she looked amazing on our wedding day the dress was so beautiful everyone commented on how fabulous she looked , even at end of night when we checked into our hotel there was girls standing outside and when she got out of car they all said how lovely the dress was , Thank you all for the service we received, I would recommend this shop for anyones special day , you won’t be disappointed

Can honestly say nicest people ever my gown was amazing always so friendly and nothing ever too much for them hired our men's suits from here too made my day extra special lovely bridal shop x

The staff are very knowledgeable  friendly and helpful.   They are not pushy towards sales side whatsoever.   I highly recommend
