Fantastic service even on a small order. Gary managed to get a next day delivery from his wholesaler for a specific style of 80th birthday balloons. He then, for a very reasonable fee, delivered them to the restaurant before we arrived to dine. Highly recommend. Thank you for helping make my Mum's day so special
If you are going to a fancy dress party then look no further. A great variety of both adults and children fancy dress outfits to hire or purchase.If you want to see excellent staff customer service then this is the place to visit. I am unsure how much you spend on staff training but believe me it is money well spent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem to them.So let's look at the scores Price competitive 4* Variety of products 5* Quality of products 5* Staff training and service 5+ * .Cleanliness of store 5*.So remember now you have read my honest review there is only one place to visit if you are looking for fancy dress and that is Lili Bizarre.Much better than the shop in Bold Street.
Fancy dress shops are becoming harder to come by. It's even harder to find ones with a huge stock. This place is not only easy to find, it's massive. Ground floor is full of items, accessories, and costumes, conveniently put into categories. The top floor is where you can hire "quality" outfits again with a massive variety and into categories. I say quality because there is a distinct difference in costumes you by Vs hire. And that's not a slight on this place, all fancy dress is like that. Staff very polite and helpful. I even got serenaded in stereo as I purchased my 1940s hat. It was not a deal breaker but it helped.
Brilliant shop! Went in about 40mins before closing Saturday and the lady with the short hair was brilliant very helpful helping us find a costume for my partners race in 2 weeks. There's good quality costumes to hire upstairs too which is great! Lovely staff very helpful highly recommend!
Have hired costumes from here for years , they are so reasonably priced!!! And such a wide range of costumes and staff are always SO helpful
Came here for my Halloween costume and the lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful and offered a little bit of advice with accessorising top service at good prices and good quality
