The store is very spacious and plenty of parking available. Staff are friendly and assist the customers in a professional manner. They have plenty of stock to suit all genders, ages and budgets. Their home section is quite impressive with wide range of variety. Overall, a good store for your basic needs.
21.09.24nCame back to check the men's shoe section and they have new modern designs with good prices. Got myself a new pair given the good experience in durability and comfort of the past pair i bought. It's well worth a visit not only for work clothing. No queues. Fast payment. All great.n*nSep 2023nRecommend going to them if you're new in town and you need fast formal clothing for a job at good price. No staff to attend the mens section, but managed to find a kind lady at the cash payment section that came and was very helpful. Fast payment too with no queues with cashless machines. They have also woman and kids clothing as well as other sections such home decor, toys and stationary. They don't have toilets. However, if you ask security, they'll advice you to use one available.
We had a really disappointing experience at this store today. The cashier was incredibly dismissive. She rushed through my transaction and didn’t even say thank you. I love the clothes here, but customer service matters—and today, it was seriously lacking.
We really liked the apartment, in need of a little tlc in places but a quiet spot of good size. The best I've stayed in so far.
Not happy at all. I was looking around the shop and picked 2 things up but i changed my mind and put them back. As i was walking out with my kids and a pram the security guy stopped me and said ‘i know you picked something up and didnt pay for it.’ While pointing at my pram. I told him to search my bag and my pram. He said he didnt want to search me. Then i told him why are you accusing me when you’re not even going to search me. I thought that was so rude. Why would you say this and not even check me. I didnt leave until i proved him wrong. I asked for the manager and she was super nice and understanding. The guy went and ‘double’ checked and he came back and said you didnt put it back to where it should be. So basically i picked something from kids section and put it back in womens section. I was so shocked. Please make sure you know something for sure before accusing people of not paying/stealing. Thank you very much
