We attended for an early dinner, although it said fully booked online it was more or less empty when we arrived. Having said that we did wait 45 minutes for our food, which was fine as we weren't in a rush but had we been that could of been a little annoying. The building is quite tired and could do with some refurbishment, it has quite a big wacky warehouse upstairs which we didn't use as our kids are older now but seemed to be busy compared with the downstairs refreshments. The food was good, though the prices have definitely increased as has everything at the moment! The staff were really friendly and polite.
First of all, I would like to say an endless thank you to Andre who has been very kind, accommodating and helpful to us throughout the planning of my son’s 4th birthday at Wacky Warehouse which is located above the Kiss Me Hardy Pub. We hired the Wacky Warehouse for a private 3 hour birthday party and it was the best decision we ever made. Andre was very responsive both in person and on the phone when I had to talk to him about the details of the birthday party. He also came to work even though it was supposed to be his day off on the day of the party to make sure all the things we discussed will be implemented. He even helped us setting up the place and only left when all the guests had their food. I would also like to give a big shout out to Shard who was also been ever so helpful to us throughout the party. She is a lovely, kind lady and always asking us if we needed help. All the guests were super happy especially the children with the party at Wacky Warehouse Colliers Wood. We highly recommend this place to hire for private events especially children’s parties. Visited kiss me hardy for a kids party on a Saturday morning. There are 2 party rooms available. Drinks bar. Staff are nice and inclusive. Single room x 2 toilets available. 4 level indoor softplay. Will visit again. Parking available in the Priory retail park.
Held my daughters birthday party at Wacky Warehouse, Kiss Me Hardy. The party was brilliant the kids enjoyed themselves. The party food was freshly cooked by Kiss Me Hardy restaurant and everyone commented how great the food was. Nothing was left!! Totally recommend visiting here for a lovely family meal & drinks and kids can enjoy a soft play experience/birthday party for great prices upstairs!
The kids section upstairs has a leak on the ceiling that is dripping everywhere. It is very hot and and there is no Aircon. The lift worked on the way up but stopped working on the way down. On entering the retaurant downstairs it smelt like damp. The ceiling is also leaking and where the aircon system is, it looks like the ceiling is about to cave in. The lamp shades are disgusting and the majority of the chairs are ripped. The food takes long to come out and isn't worth the wait. There were flies everywhere and tables left uncleaned with cleaning products on them. Whilst the staff stand around and gossip.
The party they sell you on paper is not the party you get. The food is served on a big platter and they have no plates so you have to eat off of a tissue, no party music, no games no nothing and the ice cream is about 2 teaspoons full. The bar is understaffed so it's a looooong wait to be served, flies swarming all about the place diving into people's food and we all left there with food poisoning I think this is a case for environmental health. Buckets all over the place as parts of the roof is leaking and fallen in. I won't recommend it nor will I ever go back there again.
The staff are amazing but this place needs a revamp it's dirty and disgusting...no AC in this heat flies and dripping water plus the roof is falling apart...the kids play area is a shambles and needs demolishing...the two stars is for the staff...very attentive and polite..I wouldn't recommend unless revamped...it's actually a mess. Plus cleaning products left on a half cleaned table..which is dangerous considering it's an establishment for kids..plus the name kiss me Hardy...is this for kids or a strip club...
Came here on the off chance with my husband and my daughter. Walked in and took our seats to be greeted with a filthy table next to us which wasn’t cleaned for the duration of us being in the pub 5 times at least staff walked past where we were seated seeing to other customers but still didn’t clean this area. This is including serving us our meals, which the cleaning could have been done after serving us. Myself and my husbands orders were wrong. My husband ordered the smoking jack burger which came with nothing in it stated in the menu - he basically got a bacon cheese burger. Staff were walking around in hoodies which doesn’t look professional as the company logo wasn’t on the hoodie.
Went here on a Sunday morning for breakfast and was great food, they did not have mushrooms and replaced it with toasts which was nice of them to come over and offer and ask. You can park here for as long as you want as long as you type your vehicle registration number into the parking machine. You can also play pool and is a nice and cozy pub environment. Amazing service and such fair prices. When gave them a tip they did not even expect it and they were very happy. I will definitely be returning.
I have visited this restaurant before and I think they become much better than last time. The food quality is much better than last time and good service.
