Mixed Experience – Great Food, Poor Management We recently visited this restaurant for a dinner, and while the food was absolutely delicious and our waiter was both polite and attentive, our experience was dampened by the manager’s poor attitude and some unclear communication around the service. We had a reservation for 9:30 pm, fully aware that the last food order was at 10 pm. What we didn’t know, and weren’t informed of, was that the bar would stop serving alcohol after 10 pm as well. When we asked for dessert, we were told that the coffee machine had already been cleaned for the night, so no coffee was available either. We were left unable to order the gin and tonic or coffee we had wanted to finish our meal, which was quite frustrating. Adding to this, the manager’s attitude gave us the impression she wanted to go home as soon as we arrived. For a meal that cost us £130, not being able to enjoy a coffee or a drink at the end felt very disappointing. We wish we had been informed in advance about these cut-off times, as it would have helped us make different choices earlier in the meal. While the food and our server were great, the poor communication and unfriendly service from the manager left us with a sour aftertaste. It’s a shame, because the dining experience could have been perfect otherwise.
Absolutely love this place. Best steak you'll ever get. Fantastic selection. Their house what dressing is the best. Service is amazing and they always go the extra mile. Make you feel like family but never loose the professional touch.Food: 5/5
Our experience here was perfect. Amazing food, something for everyone on the menu and for a reasonable price. It seems a popular birthday dinner choice as it was mine and 2 others! They made a fuss which was nice! Will be back. Also - calamari was a highlight!Food: 5/5
Husband and I came here late on Friday night without a booking. Luckily a party didn’t show up and we were sat promptly. I cannot stress how great the service was and how good the food was. We ordered the provolone to start which was absolutely delicious. We each ordered a ribeye and filet done medium well as our main. We chunky chips, creamy mash, and creamy spinach as side dishes. We literally cleaned each dish. Even the bit on lettuce on the side of the plate was delicious. We were so happy with our last minute choice of dinner. Ambiance, food, and service were absolutely perfect. We are definitely coming back!!! Wheelchair accessibility: It’s definitely wheelchair accessible.
Food is just ok, and the Sangria tastes very watered down. The tomato prawn pasta was a but bland, I expected tomato sauce, but it's some clear sauce with some fresh tomatoes, which were really fresh and nice though. But the sangria was disappointing.
Fabulous steak, great staff and a nice buzz. Try the tasting platter if your can't decide. Medium rare was just perfect. Kid-friendliness: It's a small restaurant so no running around or anything like that. I've seen well behaved kids there many times, so that would not be a problem
Unfortunately you are eating with the clock ticking in this place; is it busy? Well, we re paying for a meal - if u have no availability, then do no accept the booking .. no respect to paying customers - appalling attitude.. Can’t comment on food as we hardly had time to eat - revolving doors culture? The service was “efficient” rude to stress this as soon as we sat down … what a pity, the chef had no chance in this place; customers have no time to enjoy food but do not order empanadas

Visiting this place at least four times a year, delicious steaks, very friendly service and cosy, however higher-price segment. I love the mango desert.Food: 4/5
Fantastic food that was cooked to perfection. Staff were great. Only 4 stars for atmosphere probably due to the time we were there. 17.15 on a Sunday.Food: 5/5
