A traditional department store with a high end feel to it. Generally quite pricey, but in the sale there are bargains to be had. I bought a nice divan Base which was heavily reduced in the sale. The customer service was good and delivery of new bed was easy and stress free. They have lots of outlets of popular clothes brands and regular sales bring up nice bargains. Worth popping in to when in Wimbledon. They also offer a store loyalty card which makes regular purchases cheaper.

Good value pub food. No roasts left by the time we got there but food served all day on Sunday (not sure about other days). Lovely log fire as well on a cold afternoon.

Very nice, smaller than I thought it would be. But has a good selection of name brands in all departments. The staff are polite and helpful. I would encourage anyone to visit and see what is on offer.

Bright, clean Italian café with tasty meals on display found on the top floor (near to the public toilets) of my favourite independent department store. I have been shopping here for 60 years. Comfortable seating, staff very friendly. I've never had cause to fault it. There's a loyalty stamp card.

Tea shop lovely and relaxing. Prices throughout the store and little high for my pocket but it probably suits their target market. The biggest disappointment for me was the fact that the sales assistant refused my friend's request to remove the kettle that she was buying from the box for inspection. I personally would have walked away and taken my money elsewhere but my friend accepted the rather pitiful explanation that "if I take it out of the box then it's not new any longer". Perhaps you could train your staff a little better Elys.
