Kudos to Holloways of Ludlow! We visited both the Wimbledon & Hammersmith showrooms and were delighted by the friendly, helpful service we received from Connor, Carmelo, & Ryan! They were very knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for before making great recommendations. They have the product range and prices of a bigger company, with the personal touch of a small one. 5 stars!
Had a ceiling light dilemma which Holloways resolved for me and I absolutely love - I would never have thought of this particular light but it looks amazing - so happy - thanks guys xxx
Very beautiful little shop with lots of designer lights on display. Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of advice on how to pick lights for our living room.
Excellent shop, good range of inspiring furniture designs to choose from. Kitted out our office with very helpful advice from staff.
Generally good design, a couple of small errors, wonderful installation team, great eye for detail. Pretty expensive kitchen so these things are par for the course. Not so great post installation care.
I could not recommend or rate my recent shopping experience with Holloways more highly. I came across Holloways when looking for a single piece of furniture but ended up using Holloways to source additional items for my house as their customer service was top-notch and their pricing was competitive. In particular my dealings with Manuele De Lisio Borough showroom have been a real pleasure - despite the challenges and difficult working conditions in Q2 and Q3 2020 Covid-19 he has been nothing but professional and helpful, always going above and beyond. If I could nominate him for an 'employee of the month' award I would have done so many times over! Thank you to him and to Mark. I look forward to finding more pieces through Holloways in the future.
Fantastic selection of products - as well as several lovely light fixtures we have also found some great indoor and outdoor furniture from the store. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. Home delivery was quick and super friendly. Highly recommend!
Really delighted to have this lighting shop so near to me. I am having a kitchen extension and it is so great to have pendant options to view as well as wall lights and something for over the dining table. Very happy with my final selection and being guided through the hundreds of different choices was incredibly useful.
I was visiting relatives in Wimbledon and had some time to wander around the village. After a few bakeries and a couple of gift / book shops I found myself on one of the side streets at Holloways. Even though I was obviously just browsing, the sales lady came over and we had a lovely long talk. I ended up buying a beautiful Flos table lamp as a gift for my wife. They are to be highly recommended for their expert help, as she was delighted!
Very poor customer service. HoL was meant to deliver a lamp with a lampshade but only delivered part of the order. They have not taken responsibility for this and now we have a partial order. When I tried to escalate this, the MD is on annual leave. There is no proof of delivery of two boxes but two boxes left the warehouse- who knows where the other box was delivered. Very upsetting to say the least.
