Shop on two floors. Comprehensive range of goods. Could do better on customer service. There was no one I could ask about certain homeware items that I found in their online catalogue. Had to go downstairs to check with the assistants manning the tills then come upstairs again

Great value store but customer service is lacking. Ordered some items online to collect but only given half of them so had to make a second trip. On getting there well before closing there were hardly any staff around and they really couldn't be bothered to get the items just referring me to someone else. Wouldn't bother again!

You will find most of what you need at reasonable prices. Great shop.

I love wilko, so many useful things and usually cheaper than anywhere else. The one in Wimbledon is probably the nicest one I've been to too.

Nice shop with cheap items, quality would lack though. They have a wide range from homeward to school essentials, beauty etc.
