Staff are good. Usually you'll find black kids staring at you as you walk in from off the high street. They use this place as a gathering and you'll find only the college youth studying. Usually the black secondary school children are making noise to make you feel uncomfortable. It's a library so when you ask them to be quiet, they just become belligerent or accuse you of being racist. It's impossible to reason with these ignorant secondary school children. The staff also do not deal with them or ask them to leave. If a library is not silent like a church, how can anyone study or enjoy reading a book?! Staff feel awkward when you ask them for a quiet section of the library. This is not a library no more, more of a playground or a leisure facility services. Too much litter from people snacking, drinking at tables and computer desks.

Great place to study or bring the kid, located right in the city down with lots of public transport which stops right outside

Nice kids' area, tons of pcs. Nice staff, cute cafe, awsoeme exisize area, good amount of toilets, always peaceful, free library cards and it's easy to get a computer. Overall I think it's a great library and i'm glad that I live near it!

There is too much noise, no silent place to study or do some work. The library let you use computers only for 2 hours which is not enough. It is local but at the same time I am not able to use it. Need to improve on lots of things !
