This taxi company are a joke!! Been using this company over 20 years and recently have been dreadful. I have made loads of conplaints over the 3/4 months about drivers being rude, sexist and ignorant. None of the complaints have been dealt with and it mostly from Middle East. But not all drivers are bad so well done to them who are trying. I wouldn’t even give them this one star. Horrendous!!!

Used to think this company was as good as Capital Cars because of similar phone numbers. Shocked to be charged £15 for a 15 min journey (3miles) on Xmas day then £25 back because it was after 6pm. I was expecting a premium but wow! £40 for half hour travel. Will stick with Capital Cars .

Excellent service. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Undoubtedly one of the best taxi/transfer companies in the city. They consistently provide excellent services. The cars are clean and comfortable, and all drivers professional and courteous. They never disappoint. I highly recommend using them.

So my friend put me in a taxi and paid the driver £40 to get me home (he said he couldn't give a set fair on Christmas Eve at 8pm but assured her this would cover it). When I arrived, he took another £20 from me. So an 8 mile journey cost us £60. Dishonest and very worrying that he was so willing to take advantage of a solo female client. Feel less and less safe in taxis!

Great service. The app allows for quick and easy booking and taxis always arrive on time. And I always feel much safer using this service as they text to tell you the make, model and registration of the car before it arrives. Would highly recommend
