Hayes have been an absolute pleasure to deal with in purchasing our Chausson- from their helpful but not overly sales like approach when we first went in to the absolutely expert information given at hand over. They’ve suffered as all businesses have from delays due to manufacturers but have kept us updated when we’ve chased. Their professional but caring service with nothing too much bother attitude from start to finish has been a breath of fresh air. Very good service only half back by availability of Part's from the manufacturer, which probably applies to most manufacturers. Brexit has of course made that worse.
A dealer with a long history, bought my first Pilote from them in 1987. No longer a customer but staff always pleasant, no pressure and great product knowledge. 5*
We bought MH 2019 paid cash. Just took it for first MOT since we bought it it is 2004 plate. Its failed on excessive corrosion, garage says this should not have gone like this since last MOT. So disappointed with this dealer, costing us a lot of money to put right.
EXCELLENT SERVICE We recently bought a new Chausson Welcome 610 from this dealership and throughout the process we couldn´t have had better service. We part exchanged our previous motorhome and everything couldn´t have gone smoother. Initially we dealt with Steve and later, mainly with Bill who gave us a thorough tutorial when we took the keys to our new acquisition. This is the yardstick by which all companies should be measured! Thank you so much.
