Poor customer service with mostly untrained staff! Busy and vibrant place with plenty of seating spaces and pleasant ambiance. Convenient location - just outside of the chancery lane station.

Nice place, food is great, WiFi, air conditioner, not too crowded. Just had a new Lemon and Herb Chicken hot pot and would definitely recommend it.

Gets busy on weekday lunch times with people on lunch break from the office, but has a good selection of sandwiches and healthy options with calories and nutrition information displayed on the shelves.

Disappointing. Staff clueless and toilets falling apart. Tables dirty. Avoid if you can as much nicer places nearby.

Quick and easy food.  Can get a bit busy, but it's London, what do you expect?
