East Shopping Centre is a beautiful place — modern, bright, and well-designed with a stunning glass roof that fills the mall with natural light. It has a great mix of shops, especially for Asian fashion, jewellery, and beauty, making it a unique spot compared to typical shopping centres. The walkways are clean and spacious, and it’s a nice environment to browse or shop in.
I've been visiting this shopping centre over a number of years and I have to say recently the facilities and security is so much better! I'm really glad they have implemented a new system of toilets for paying customers only. Before, it used to be a disgusting free-for-all with people having no respect for the facilities, employees or their fellow shoppers. Now, they have a full time cleaner, security and forget £1, I would pay £5 for the cleanliness and peace of mind I get. Great job guys!
The last night of Eid shopping is a burst of energy—crowded streets, extended market hours Specially @East Shopping Centre,Green Street, and a festive atmosphere as everyone grabs their last-minute essentials amidst vibrant displays and community celebrations.
You can find all type of clothes from bridal to normal wear. Wheelchair accessibility, toilets are clean. Food court is nice.
My family and I have been shopping in green street for years.nRecently my elderly father was refused entrance to the toilets, even though the rules clearly state that pregnant women, elderly etc are exempt from the £1 charge and should be allowed in.nI understand the security are doing their duty for their work, but what about the duty towards humanity? It appears some training is needed for being a kind and good person.nOn another note I have never known any shopping mall in the UK to charge people for the use of public toilets and have restrictions.nIt has fully spoilt our family shopping/eating out experience and I doubt we will be visiting this mall again.
