Welcome to mill farm country park Facebook page,
we provide camping pitches for tents, tourers, motorhome and a glamping shepherds hut for rent.

Story

We are a family run park and we have created the sort of place we would like to visit, we hope you feel the same.
The main building on the field is within easy reach of all the pitches and has the ladies and gent’s toilets, washbasins and showers with free hot water, electric sockets for hairdryers and two shaver sockets.
At the side of the building there is an indoor room with two deep sinks for pot wash and vegetable preparation with free hot water, you will also find information on local attractions and events.
There is a separate room at the back for anyone les able bodied, and it consist of a normal height toilet, a low level washbasin and mirror, there are handrails by the basin and toilet.
Waste disposal points are provided, including one undercover at the rear of the building.
Electric hook-ups are 10amp; all the pitches are a good size including some with hard standing
The play/games field which is just off the main field is ideal for ball games and consists of about three acres of mown grass, but please note there is no play equipment in this field.
A few years ago we planted trees and created what has turned out to be a very popular walk along the edge of our farm field. Visitors are welcome to exercise their dogs along this area, which is situated just across the road.
Just three minutes walk along Mill Lane there is a mini supermarket and Post office, tearoom, the Board inn provides meals and there is a hairdressers, twelve minutes walk in the other direction takes you to the sea, an indoor heated swimming pool, fish and chips and amusements.
There is a bus service from Skipsea to Hornsea and Bridlington. Train services are available from Bridlington

We had a lovely stay overall. The campsite itself was clean, well maintained, and had everything you would expect from a good campsite.nUnfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the management. There were rules everywhere, but the biggest disappointment was being charged for our gazebo. We were told we had to book and pay for an additional pitch, which cost us an extra £47.40 for two nights. We have stayed at many campsites before and have never experienced this.nThe gazebo was simply placed over the seating area in front of our tent, on the pitch we had already paid for. It wasn't taking up any extra space. When I questioned this, I was told it was because the wind could blow it away and because the campsite was fully booked, making it difficult to allocate another pitch. However, the site was clearly not full, and we didn't even use the extra pitch we were forced to pay for.nSadly, this left us feeling that the decision was about generating extra income rather than providing a good customer experience. It's a shame, because everything else about the campsite was very good.nMy advice would be to take a more flexible and customer-friendly approach to management. Small gestures like this make a big difference to how guests feel when they leave. We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but unfortunately this experience means we would struggle to recommend the campsite or return ourselves.
We have just returned from a fabulous camping trip. Judy the owner, is so friendly and helpful. The site itself is stunning and so peaceful and the facilities are immaculate. We loved it so much we extended our stay not once but twice. I cannot recommend this site enough, we can’t wait to come back!
I have just spent a few nights at Mill Farm and I highly recommend choosing it as your next camping spot!nnThe site is flat with large pitches so you have lots of space, the shower and wash block is great and very clean, with plenty of toilets, sinks and in the ladies two showers cannot comment on the mens! and lots of water points around the site.nnThe best part for me as a dog owner is the wonderful woodland walk they’ve created which is a short walk across the road. My dog loved it and it was great to be able to let him off the lead and have a quick run around.nnMill Farm is set in a great location for access to the coastal path and beach walks, if you don’t want to drive and you can walk to Mr Moo’s Ice Cream Parlour too! The village pub is really nice with a big beer garden.nnIts only a 20 - 30 minute drive to larger towns Flamborough, Bridlington, Hornsea etcnnThe site is immaculate and very well looked after by the owners - highly recommend.
Very peaceful site which is so nice not to have kids running around all night or music being played late!. Nicely housed facilities - only two showers so would question if this would be enough when site is full. Great pub around the corner, dog walk over the road, attentive lady that owns it. Well kept site - would return.
Just back from 3 night stay and I have to admit this place is everything what you need if you want to just rest your mind quiet campsite, clean toilets and showers, large spots and landladies very friendly and helpful 20min walk from the seaside, 7 min walk to local pub with very tasty food. We took wrong electric extension but there can hire one from landlady. Highly recommend it
