Good cheap store Clarks Outlet with prices about 40-50% off high street Clarks I reckon. Great job as always with measuring feet length and width accurately for our 6 year old son so the fit was right. School shoe range a bit poor unless you like black. Flashing lights did the job though. Nice colourful trainers at less than £20.

Wheelchair accessible. Accessible throughout. Expensive but cheap for Clarks. Sells luggage and handbags as well as shoes.

I don't understand why this is called a designer outlet, it's just a bunch of high street stores, with no real designers in sight. The M &S outlet is so dour and it's like a retirement home for suicidal frocks. All in all it is a very poor imitation of something that could have brought a real style opportunity to the area. The midlands deserves better than this sad offering. Off to London to really shop.

As a band loyal the worst customer experience I have ever had at clarks is at East Midlands designer outlet. Thanks to a team leader named Mr Tim.
