The overall place is nice to be in but there’s one part that was treating me and my friends awfully. They were really nasty to us and demanded we left just because we were sat down after walking around all day. After they demanded us they proceeded to stare at us in a creepy way until we left. I do not recommend going to the four seasons cafe as they are rude to you unless you are a “paying customer”. I would never buy anything from that cafe as they are overpriced and had already eaten and didn’t need a drink. I wouldn’t waste £3 on a donut yes that was the cheapest thing just to sit down and rest my feet.
Warm tidy and clean shopping centre with a good selection of shops. You can find almost anything you could need here and if not then won't have to travel much further to the other local shops
I like this shopping centre,it has a great variety of shops, quiet and easy to get around not too busy and access is easy and for everyone.
A great local shopping centre. Always seems to be busy when I’ve visited. Has a nice range of shops, suitable for most needs. A brilliant alternative to a busy city centre. I much prefer here to Nottingham.
Visited today for the first and last time. It's run down, parking has to be paid for in cash, there's no free parking for blue badge holders, toilets have to be paid for and there's barely any interesting shops. The worst part was the dangerous disabled toilet because the emergency cord has been cut so short that it's pointless. If a disabled person falls on the floor and can't get up they will be stuck there unable to pull the emergency cord.
Really happy our experience today well Worth a visit
Still a few shops to look at. Nice tea and cake cafe.
Good location and lots of parking. Selection of shops have declined over the years. Use it more for its central location for when I need to go into town.
Shopping was ok but when it came to pay for the carpark the Lift wasn't working doors just kept opening and closing then said out of service and their was lots of other people aswell. my friend I was with is disabled and walks with a stick and now is suffering after walking up all the stairs to the car
The selection of shops are atrocious know wonder people go online or to the city's for there goods. Also the market place used to be the hub of the town now look at it
