I had to call the emergency vet to my very sick dog yesterday afternoon (Sunday) and although he had just finished his morning emergency clinic and was off duty he made a home visit, he was with us in less than 30 mins. Unfortunately he had to put our beloved pet to sleep but we cannot thank him enough for the caring way he did it leaving us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. He not only looked after our pet but us as well. I was so upset that I can't remember the vets name but I would like to thank him and all the staff who have looked after all our dogs over the past 40 years they have all been wonderful.

A first rate practice, with superb caring, professional staff in a delightful building in the heart of East Grinsted. The 'Go-To' Place for your families favourite pets! Highly recommend.

Very unwelcoming, not willing to give price of x-ray and almost found it funny the fact we did not have insurance. Vet ok, but must be in a hurry as needles from last customer was left out on side, potential hazard for scared pet! Also very expensive, appointment and painkillers nearly £50!!!! Avoid and look at other vets.

I can recommend the vets at The East Grinstead Veterinary Hospital without hesitation. They have always been so kind and caring particularly Lucinda when dealing with the loss of our old dog Angus. Whenever I have to go I know that my dog will get the best treatment.Simon has been treating my dog recently and it has transformed the quality of her life. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for us, they are the best!

This Veterinary hospital offers the most fantastic service, brilliant staff, who really care, staying up all night nursing my little cat through a terrible injury. The vet & nurse looked after my cat (& me) when she accidentally impaled herself on a fence, requiring immediate surgery on her chin and jaw. They were so caring & I would reccommend them to everyone.
