All of the practitioners at the surgery are great. I have always been supported when my children have been ill. They have also been great with me. Everyone moans about Drs Receptionists being rude etc but actually their job is very hard what with being a buffer and a support to the GPs. Only lost a star because sometimes I struggle to get a routine appointment. I have never been let down when I need one in a hurry though.

The new appointment system is atrocious. You can't book more than 7 days ahead which means that when I was TOLD i had to see a doctors to continue with an ongoing prescription I wasnt able to book this in. Call at 8 on the dot i was told, to be kept waiting for 30 mins and told there are no appointments ring tomorrow. Some of us cannot ring at 8, have jobs to do which means we cant just drop everything to get an appointment. Book online no better as never any appointments there either. I used to be able to book an appointment for 2/3 weeks at a convenient time. My daughter and mother have had similar experiences. The doctors are fine when you get to them, the receptionists are rude and unsympathetic

Very disappointed in their services, and this is not the first time. The first time they disappointed me was when I went there with my 3 months old for her jabs and the midwife did the jabs without disinfecting the area..and did them on her leg, close to the nappy (nappy which exploded exactly when I was there and she did not let me change the nappy there, and it was very watery and went all over her closes, possibly touching the area she had to do the injection on). Second time was yesterday when I called to ask them where I should be doing the Hepatitis B vaccine and they said they cannot do it and that I should be going to private..I went to Boots for them to tell me that only the GP surgeries can do them for kids under 5..All in all, would not recommend it..

Wanted an appointment for sinusitis. Was told a 27 day wait. Helpful Receptionist asked what I needed to see doctor for, and said the duty doctor could talk to me. He phoned me within 5 mins. After a thorough discussion of my symptoms he agreed I needed antibiotics. He printed a prescription. I had it in another five minutes One very happy patient. Excellent service

Appointments are two or three weeks away and you will be very very very lucky to see doctor. Mostly there is only nurse practitioner. I was wondering where are the Doctors?
