Southern have finally replaced the dodgy self-service ticket machine; the new one works better but it's still the only one and the ticket office is hardly ever open so beware at busy times! It's a useful station but Southern will cancel trains here without much hesitation. I don't like the tunnel at night as it feels unsafe and I'm not sure the CCTV is working (looks knackered!).

If delays start to occur, Earlswood is the first station stop to be cancelled so you often find yourself watching your cancelled train drive past as you wait. Otherwise it's a good station.

Morning commuter services are good when running correctly. Main issue is with the ticket office being never open and only having one self serve ticket machine. Has multiple oyster tap on/off points.

A nice small station, severed by a decent amount of services. Very few staff usually present. Served by Southern trains, so beware!

Good local station, when southern are running a good London service. Clean, no staff and sometimes dodgy ticket machine however.
