My sister was visiting with her family, but their car broke down shortly after they’ve arrived. We found the nearest car rental place and their car went to the car service. Now, when we have troubles with our car, we always go to Ealing Car Rental.

I booked a van through these people.  I confirmed the rental and vehicle type the day before I was to pick it up.  On arriving the morning of the booking, after having lost a day's pay to do the task I had hired the van for, I was told that there was no van available.  My day was ruined.  These people deserve to go broke, which they are bound to eventually. Avoid at all costs.

From my own personal experience, when hiring from these guys, they provided excellent service, staff were courteous, and the car I hired was very good in all aspects. I would strongly recommend anyone to go here

Why oh why did I not read these reviews before renting a van from these guys???  After 3 weeks, I am still trying to get my deposit back from them, despite countless phone calls and emails, and unkept promises on their part to make the refund immediately.  STAY AWAY!!!
