Only rented from the once and it was in an emergency, at short notice. Got a nice Fiat turbodiesel presented in excellent condition for a great rate (booked online). The staff were very pleasant and good humoured. I kind of wish I had more emergency reasons to visit them again!

VOMIT in car on delivery. Pick up process a mess and poor customer service. Wouldn't use Park Royal branch again.

UPDATE JAN 2018

I had a car arranged through insurance from Park Royal branch so am pleased to say that they have massively improved thanks to Thariq the new branch manager who ensured that I had a better experience this time after reading my previous review. Pick and drop off process was a lot better and more professional. Car options are still limited but were in great condition so no scare stories like last time. Took the time to make sure i was happy and dropped me home after returning the car which was appreciated. 3 stars now as improving.

I had no idea the Park Royal Enterprise was so much cheaper than our usual Hammersmith! The staff were brilliant, there's such a friendly atmosphere in the office. I had a smooth check out with a free upgrade and super tight return which the staff made seamless for me as well as dropping me home in time to make it to work.  UJ picked me up and dropped me off and sorted everything out brilliantly.

Very nice and warmth friendly staff had one guy staff drop us off to where we wanted to go when we dropped the car back he was so nice offered us a lift  and he wanted to help big time , and it was a great service easy and handy location . Will sure book again :)  customer service was great :)
