Avoid this company at all costs. I booked my rental car months in advance and paid in full the asking price. When I got to the airport rental location of their so called partner, I was told that while my reservation was there, I owed a full balance. What's even more, the balance was more than what was quoted and more than other rental companies in the same location. The partner would not honor the quoted price nor would they take it upon themselves to contact them. I had to deal with it. The solution offered was to book at the new price and they'll refund me what I paid. Here's the catch: They will refund me what I paid them, which was the lower price. I simply asked to be refunded my money and that I will book with another company of my choosing for cheaper. After an internal investigation, they approved my request and instead of simply refunding me the money, they asked me to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges which is ridiculous. Thank god I have a good credit card company and the process was easy with them. The same exact thing happened to a friend of mine after I recommended them before this happened. I suspect it happens a lot with them. Save yourself the money and the headache and look elsewhere.

This is a terrible company stay away from them.I booked a car hire in Croatia and it was all fine but a few months later I got an email from the car company in Croatia saying that Atlas Choice never transferred the money. When I called them they did not refund me and did not provide any details as to why they took money from my card and never paid the operator. I paid twice for the hire.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst experience! Hired a car through them and got an email a week before I was supposed to get my car that they 'could not honor the voucher' and to contact the car dealer about it. I did and the dealer said it's fine and the reservation is still there. So I went to pick up my car but Atlas didn't pay them after all. it took me an hour to get my car and I had to pay directly. Paid three times as much because now price was through the roof! I even called them about it and I had the bitchiest person on the phone telling me I clearly didn't read their email and this was for me to resolve. RIP OFF!

Booked hire car back in July for a trip to in Australia next year.  Received an e-mail from the car hire company stating Atlas Choice haven't paid their invoices for the last two months so they had cancelled my reservation.  Refund promised from Atlas Choice but nothing yet and to be honest I'm not very hopeful...
Update..  E-mail received today stating car hire cancelled and no refund available.  It's a good job I paid using a credit card and the bank have refunded me.....

I booked a car in Napier NZ and the company went broke "AGAIN" can you believe how unlucky they are. I did not get my car or my money back
