Have been in a number of times, most recently I have been in because of issues with the products. First time I was told I would have to buy a whole new kit as you couldn't get separate parts for the one I had - lies, you can and I have. Today I went in with issue with replacement kit I purchased. Was looked up and down by unsmiling, abrupt and unhelpful employee who has clearly had a customer service bypass and basically told there was nothing wrong with the product. If the product was fine why would I go in! Terrible products, terrible service topped off with a stinking attitude AVOID

good range and prices, the reason i am giving them 2 stars is because they have, on numerous occasions now, handed me e-liquid that was out of date, sometimes by just a month, sometimes by over half a year, sometimes even longer. I wonder why the liquid tastes bad/off, so i examine the expiry date on the bottle to see it expired last year. I'm hoping i can get in touch and organise a replacement liquid as this is downright wrong and i am tired of it happening, i would not write a review about it if it hadn't happen to me numerous times. My most recent purchase of e-liquid, for example, was purchased on Friday 10th june 2022 3 days ago, and the expiry date is "12-12-21", over 6 months ago. This has happened too many times now. If this issue gets resolved with relative ease, i may reconsider my star rating. OVERALL: Great place for liquids and kits, fair pricing, nice staff, just make sure to look at the e-liquids you buy on the spot as they may be out of date, its not as rare an occurance as youd think.
Have been ordering from here for at least a year if not closer to 2 years. Always great customer service very knowledgeable and helpful when things go wrong with an order or goes missing with the courier. Highly recommend great variety of liquids and only place I can find that stocks big bottles of Dr dripper. All liquids and most you you get nic shots included and other items are reasonably priced and worth the money. Great customer service can't fault E-vapes at all and I order regularly in bulk for the month.
Been a customer for many years now, vanilla custard x5 x 100 ml every order, what is the problem with lids coming off when refilling tank! I've even privately emailed and yet no reply. Customer service non existent!
I go in store regularly and find all the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I made my first online order and got my parcel the very next day. Would and do highly recommend .
As others have said, great customer service from the staff until they might lose profits. Bought an Aspire kit after it being recomended by the store. Pretty much straight away it started leaking. Took it back and after reading reviews of what i had been sold, i told them it was a common fault with it. The lady who worked there was great, said she would swap it for something else as the new Aspire looks like it isnt as good as the old ones. She spent 20 mins helpfully going through other options. After i had decided on a more expensive kit and and was ready to pay the difference, she boxed it up and went to get authorisation from the manager who was sat in the back. She returned looking embarrassed and said she would be unable to exchange it for something different and said id have to exchage it for the same atomizer, as the manager told her that as the battery is not faulty he would not be able to return it to their supplier for a refund! I reminded her of the design fault with it and she nodded her head. Told her id be back tomorrow when that one leaked and id keep coming back for exchages whenever it leaked. She went back to speak to manager again who would not come out to speak to me and told me that i could exchange it for something else that would work with the same battery a choice of 2. Flogging a dead horse so i went elsewhere. Like i said, staff are great but dont ask for for an exchange if it might cost them 20 quid.
Ordered Devil's Tonic Hellbound e liquid from here online. Free next day delivery. Superfast delivery. Been looking for Devil's Tonic e liquid for 5 years and e-Vapes seems to be the only place to get em. 10/10 recommend getting Devil's Tonic flavours ! Will be ordering again! :
Incredibly helpful. I am a first-time vaper and really needed help. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I bought a Tecc arc 4. I will be going there again. The lady that gave me advice was fantastic. Thank you e-Vapes!
