Another fantastic job by our local shop EJ Carpets. Not easy to keep the lines straight but a cracking job. We have used them for all our carpets over the years and they are always give helpful friendly polite and reliable service.
The team at EJ Carpets in Forest Hill did a great job. From the initial showroom visit to the fitting they were highly professional and communicated regularly. I found them very straight-forward to deal with and all the team members were hard working and personable. Highly recommended.

Very nice quality carpet and underlay. Communication from the store was friendly and consistent. Fitters were punctual, hard working, and exceeded expectations persuading us to let them move some difficult large items of furniture to get the carpet under it, rather than cutting round. Left everything clean and tidy. Excellent stuff.
Thank you to Rob for an extremely great service throughout. Rob was very professional while also being very kind and accommodating. We were having a lot of challenges due to the sellers of our house but Rob went above and beyond to ensure we had old carpet removed and installed before we moved in. These guys are awesome! After going into the shop and getting some advice in-store, they arranged a quick callout to measure the room, then booked a day for fitting. They turned up exactly when they said they would, were all very polite, and the fitting was very quick, to a very high standard. Carpet look great -- would definitely recommend!
My heroes! This is how you run a business. Fantastic service and support from first going into the shop all the way upto fitting. Love our new carpet, and Rob & the fitting team are all really friendly and helpful. We had a disaster a few days after installation when we had some wooden floor put down, which meant some of our new carpet was ruined. I got in touch and Rob went out of his way to help us. After a weird experience and outrageous quote from another local carpet fitters I could not have appreciated the service we had with E.J's more - a huge thanks.
The true measure of the quality of a Company is not just when things go right, but their response when there is a problem. E J Carpets supplied and fitted a carpet for us, but it was subsequently found to have a small manufacturing fault. Without hesitation they replaced the whole carpet, and did so very promptly and at no extra cost. This was customer service at its best. A very satisfactory experience and a lovely carpet!
