Lovely little shop full of ..well all sorts from furniture to clothes and little gifts. Perfect for ideas and quirky items - many of which would be practical. Also has a nice selection of cards especially when the usual 'chain' just won't do!! Been around for ages but seems to shake up the decor and window display often enough.
The staffs are very helpful and they gave me some advice on some products that I had concerns about. I am very impressed by the quality of the products in their inventory. My family and I will definitely be back again to purchase more items for our home.
Quite expensive but lovely clothes and decorative items. Very good for Christmas decorations and the odd piece of furniture. The let down is the staff. The number of times I’ve come to the shop with the staff chatting to each other while ignoring the customers is upsetting. Though, when you finally manage to get their attention they are very nice.
Love this shop. my favourite place for gifts and interior decor for miles around. Also has gorgeous clothes, a bit more pricey than I normally be spend but very beautiful stuff.
A fabulous store with great original home bits and fashion items. The home selection is varied in price to suit all budgets. The staff will always go the extra mile, a service with a smile.
Such a lovely place to shop . Lots of interesting and unusual homeware and gifts . The staff are friendly and helpful . They also stock beautiful clothes and accessories- a great place to find something special .
I have been going to Dulwich Trader for many years now! I love the clothes and have bought presents for friends and family. The staff are always helpful snd altogether rather lovely Ps have missed you during these difficult times and I hope you all have kept safe and well.
Rude staff at Duwlvich Village branch. I am a local customer who visits and buys regularly. Despite this the ladies in the shop look through you as if you had bever been there. never mind they are just rude however this week rudeness crossed the line. Last saturday I returned to the shop a not cheap candle I bought for before Christmas which had a defect. I did not have receipt as I gave this as a gift and did not think could have such a defect. The ladies pushed me away saying that without a receipt they couldn’t do anything. At that point I said thank you for trying not and that they could keep the candle. The lady, to show empathy to the people listening in the shop, told me to come back on Wednesday, the shop manager could help. As I work I asked a friend of mine to go on my behalf. She has however been treated with rudeness and sent out without a replacement or exchange Any decent shop takes full responsibility for the bad quality of what they sell. Not this one. Avoid if you have a choice
Thank you so much for your brilliant service, prompt delivery and lovely message. Not quite the same as coming into your lovely shops but nice to know you are still there. See you early December for my Christmas shopping.
I bought a fabulous dress here as well as some very glamorous tea light holders. In fact I am going back tomorrow to buy more tea light holders. Wonderful!!
