Trehoans never disappoints; for the twenty seven years I’ve lived in the area, it has been the go-to hardware store. Everything you ever want with friendly, knowledgeable service. This business thrives for a good reason!
All you could want, and more, from a hardware shop. Staff give informed advice.
Sold me a partially used cartridge of bathroom silicone sealant. I got it home before realising the cartridge had been opened, about a quarter had been used and it had solidified at the open end of the tube. Check the products are not used before you buy them.
My order wasn't there. The person in charge made me look for the item myself. He only came to assist when I couldn't find it, despite there being no other customers in the shop.
Excellent shop which has surprisingly more than you would think. Great customer service as well and an asset to the community.
Great place for all the odd bits you need freindly staff
First visit to collect UPS parcel. Quick and friendly service. The shop itself is like Aladdins cave - they sell every kind of household stuff there.
Poor attitude towards customers. No respect. Key cutting doesn't work. Lightbulbs often break straight away. And there are no prices on the items, so you are expected to pay whatever price made up at the counter. Once tried to charge £20 for a feather duster! It's just awkward.
