Missing items from takeaway order and then very unhelpful service when questioning the order. After 10 minutes of back and forth on the phone I gave up and ate what was left before it was stone cold.nnOrdered 2 of their 2 person mixed starters, only 1 delivered, they tried telling us that it was 4 people’s worth in one box. I’ll let you judge whether the attached is £40 worth of food in one box.nnSeriously disappointed as this used to be our go to Chinese. Emailed them with these pictures and have had no response.
Visited on a Monday evening so was expecting it to be quiet. I don’t think there were many spare seats by the time I left around 8pm. Obviously a lot of the customers were regulars, so that’s always a good sign.nI wasn’t disappointed either. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly but not too patronising and the prices were very reasonable for such good quality food.nI had the spare ribs with salt, pepper & chilli for starters and I think they were the best I’ve ever had ….. anywhere. I like salt though, so these may have been a bit too salty for some people. However, no complaints from me on that front. Not sure how to explain the taste but they were even saltier than salt It’s making my mouth water whilst re-living the flavour as I’m typing this review Can’t wait to be working around these parts again as I’ll definitely be back for more of these ribs!nThe main course of chicken & cashews in hoi sin sauce was delicious too, even though it had a difficult act to follow. A full portion of egg fried rice with spring onion was perfectly cooked but a bit too much for me by myself and I felt a bit guilty for not being able to shovel it all down, but that’s one of the drawbacks of working away and eating alone.nOverall:nLovely restaurantnFantastic foodnGreat staffnSensible pricesnCan’t wait to go back.nnThank you
What an amazing place! Lovely restaurant with a very extensive menu. Staff and service was first class. Was so impressed. Went on a lunchtime and had such a good meal. Enjoyed really lovely Satay chicken starter and sizzling beef and chicken in oyster sauce. Also an amazing crackling pork belly dish. Very good quality food at a reasonable price. Very glad I went here. Would definitely go back. Would imagine it can get busy in the evening and weekends.nThank you so much for a first class meal
What a fun dining experience. Lovely decor and traditional Chinese, I believe this restaurant has been around for ages...I enjoyed my seaweed starter and thai green curry.
Just went to Dynasty after a recommendation from my Airbnb host in Boxford. It was well worth coming here on a cold night. Delicious food and really friendly service. Was lovely speaking to Joyce the owner. There were great options for non-meat eaters - I had the vegetarian hors d’oeuvres and the sweet and sour cod and plain chow mein. The whole meal was delicious and I’m really glad I went. The fruit at the end of the meal and fortune cookie was a lovely touch.
