I cannot praise these guys enough. They catered for my sons 6th birthday party. Food arrived right on time, piping hot and was divine. ALL of the guests said how amazing the pizza was! Thank you for making my sons day so special and taking a little pressure off me lol. As locals we will certainly be ordering again soon
Ordered from pizza town 4 times now as a last resort, never once have I ever had a delivery on time. Was told 45 minute after over an hour I called to see where my order was as it was nearly 1 and half hours and was met with attitude telling me it's not even been 1 and half hours and it's just going in the oven. It will be setting off in ten minutes. Here I am now waiting for my still 2 hours later.
That was the driest chicken fillet burger I’ve ever had , so dry I could hardly chew inedible & cold chips
We ordered a couple of pizzas and sides to Great Bricett and the food came in about half an hour and was so fresh and hot. Not greasy at all. Really impressed as always!
Excellent customer service whilst ordering. Food delivered bang on time and very, very good quality pizzas - we had 5 x 14" ones with varying toppings. All super tasty. Fully recommended.
Ordered a home delivery this evening said would be with us in an hour and took over 2hr. I get it's sat and busy. I could forgive. However when the delivery man gave it to us he moaned how busy he was and was quite rude. When opening our pizza it had no topping on it and had looked like it had been turned upside down on it's side. We also ordered curly fries and they gave us wedges. So when we called they did apologise and the manager said they would send out another one within half hour. To which took longer and to only get it delivered by the same guy who shoved it into my hands with the phrase here ya!!! And walked away!! Rude. I love pizza town and order a lot so I am extremely disappointed.
Absolutely awful. I simply asked for chicken wings and chips to get home and find they have forgotten my chips. When called and questioned the attitude of them was a joke. Instead of admitting they are hard of hearing they insisted its over 6 pound for wings that taste like the Iceland frozen section, 10 pound for a 9"inch pizza which was a 5/10. Avoid.
Ordered two medium pizzas on Friday night, told about a deal on the phone so better price than expected and came faster than expected, everything was great - will order again!
Always order pizza from here. Such polite staff and the pizza is always quick and delicious!
Disgusting review from a customer on here. Food poisoning is tested by blood samples and stool.. If you had proof from a doc then thats fine but if you haven't i suggest you take the review off..
