I took my daughter to her first concert here. We saw Paloma Faith and absolutely loved every moment. The guests and staff were all so friendly and everything went perfectly well.

I recently attended an event The Vamps at O2 Newcastle City Hall, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The venue itself is impressive, offering a great atmosphere for live performances with excellent acoustics and a clear view from almost every seat. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, ensuring that everything ran smoothly.nnI want to give a special shout-out to Kelly, who was a great help during my visit. She was not only professional but also very nice, happy, and polite, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out.nnOverall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend O2 Newcastle City Hall for any future events. Thank you again to Kelly and the team!

Saw Matt Rife tonight was very funny. O2 City Hall was a good venue for comedy. Good sound and nice intimate setting.

Went to see Hawkwind, the venue is easily accessed, beer prices are ridiculous £8 a pint, I don't drink as I live in the middle of no where but the people I was with do, so we won't out before it was easier.... I had a great view of the stage and the sound levels were spot on.nParking can be a little hard to find but if there are car parks dotted around, all in all it was a good experience, and I'm looking forward to the next time I visit
