Avengers galore for the kids rooms, all in one place. Ample parking, lifts, and cafe..

We were welcomed to the store, but only really to ask us if we were collecting items, which we weren’t.  The store is nice, it has quality goods & the staff are generally very helpful, however, the review isn’t about the store in general, but about the Pausa Cafe, upstairs.  The café really leaves something to be desired, the staff were nice & friendly, the coffee was good, although it was warm rather than hot, are people scared to make hot coffee any more? The tea my two companions had was good, they liked the little milk bottles, a nice touch, although the teapots    spilt everywhere!  The café though has chipped walls that need attention & seating that leaves a lot to be desired, no one wanted to sit down on these chairs, they looked disgusting, why cafes choose cloth covers over wood or plastic is beyond me.  I’ll def go back to shop, but for coffee or food, no.

Cheerful friendly staff. Very helpful. Lots of choice at good prices. Pausa cafe lovely staff. Made fully loaded breakfast bap to perfection! My go to for breakfast!

Excellent for those household items you just can't find anywhere else.

Greeted by staff as I entered to offer assistance a day help. Even walked me to the area I needed to go to in the shop. Had a baby chino and cup of tea with my daughter. Great experience.

Absolutely no problem with Dunelm. Really good stock and great café. The staff are attentive and welcoming.

Pause cafe is fabulous. Ladies are kind and polite. Dunelm is good and kind helpful staff.

Staff are a credit to the company very helpful couldn't do enough for me well done.
