I went to mattressman after being badly let down by a local store. What a difference in customer service. From the lovely man and lady in the shop who couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy with my order to the quickness of the delivery and the helpfullness of the customer service lady when I had a query. The 2 delivery men took all the heavy furniture up narrow stairs with no issues whatsoever . I will be definitely be using them again and recommending them to other people. When you have had to wait 3 months from another company for 1 chest of drawers that eventually turned up damaged a wait of 5 days is nothing.

My experience with mattressmen was a complete cockup from start to finish. They didnt complete my order correctly resulting in my delivery missing the bedframe, the order was 2 hours late. The solution was the next day i could purchase another bedframe but would have to wait 2 days for delivery. Customer services on the mainland were about as much use as a ashtray on a motorbike, USELESS oh yes the Isle Of Wight carries no stock and dont have deliverys on wednesday so next day deliverys are not always possible. Did not get good quality service from them. My friend bought me mattress, bed frame, pillows and all that from this shop- everything pushed through. A few hours later, they called me and said they cancelled the order because my friend's billing address is different from the delivery address, and they can't do anything about it. They've been extremely reassuring upfront, but will call you a moment later just to let you know they cancelled it. What a disservice!

Bought a pillow that went lumpy, the hassle i had to get it changed was terrible, not the shops fault but there customer service its terrible and they dont seem to care about customer satisfaction. Will never shop with them again. Would not have even given 1 star... Isle of wight.
