Was at till and bottle had a broken lid, took 2 seconds to get another which she suggested. But then serving another customer when I came back. Poor service, and the lady who did serve me was more interested in a roll of parcel tape. Bad attitude.

I have had dogs since I was a lad when a tin of Pal was considered all that was necessary and the best a dog could hope for and expect. But like all things food science progresses, dog food no exception. Just had some really good nutrition advice for my new ‘best mate’ turns out for his breed he needs a certain type of food, for his skin and coat. So I left the shop armed with the suggested food and though I would put some in his bowl he had left part of his food from this morning and wham he loves it - so huge thanks to Justine brilliant
Lovely clean store, cater for all pets. You can buy small pets and everything to keep them. Pets welcome.
As before I was more than pleased with professionalism of the vet that attended to my cat and the treatment that has restored her to health and the friendly cooperative staff.
Great place to shop, it is not normally very busy and the isles are of a good size, some products are a bit expensive for what they are but then some arnt so pick wisely. It is nice to see a pet shop that still actually sells pets from mice, rats, rabbits and fish.
Went in for a cool jacket for my dog, the member of staff we dealt with was fantastic. Taking time to check stock, advise and make a fuss of my dog 5star
We were shopping for supplies for our first puppy, who we collect in four weeks time. The first thing we noticed were the friendly customers chatting with us about their dogs, asking about ours, letting us pet their puppies etc. We were approached by several members of staff asking if we needed help, and checking we'd downloaded the app for the associated discounts. The ladies on the till were similarly nice and helpful, enthusiastic about our impending arrival, and wanting to see photos. A lovely start to our puppy-owning journey!
Clean, tidy store with very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of choice and ranges for a variety of different animals. Great that dogs are allowed in too as means I can always bring mine in with me which she loves.
Big store with loads of items in there. I can only give a four star rating though as I went in for doggy/puppy ice-cream, spent over £35.00 to find the don't stock any ice-creams!
