Purchased drawer units for bedroom and a lovely deco style lamp. As we were in the process of moving home, Sam was very helpful in accommodating our specific needs and found us the ideal drawer sets. We all fall guilty of looking online and purchasing with price being an important factor amongst others, but we always look for that personal touch and particularly the advice by calling into our local furniture outlet. We popped in to see what The Furniture Emporium had to offer and they did not let us down. Sam sorted a great deal for us, but the main reason for posting my comments, we usually, like most people, don’t leave reviews, but in this case we felt we needed to let any other potential customer know how helpful they were. 10 out of 10 for service. Thank you Sam.
Lovely service, Sam was an absolute gem. We had been let down by a supplier and were totally without a bed. Sam got us one delivered in two days. Terrific service. Great value and well made furniture. Definitely our ‘go to’ choice of furniture shop from now on. Must also mention how big it is, it’s massive inside and they carry a huge selection. We’re very happy with our bed, it’s solid, really well made and was easy to assemble.
Took by parent their after they saw it on line. Sam was so helpful and made the ordering so easy. Also worked with our time lines.
Just purchased my second settee from here, Sam is always very welcoming as are the staff, also brought a television stand, prices are amazing, free delivery is a bonus, lots of choice inside the showroom, and they can order from the catalogues instore if its not available to take away, it really is a hidden gem.
