Excellent service, support and knowledge! The home team were attentive and quick on answering calls and answering questions. There were issues my chain however Nicola was with me every step of the way and ensured everything went smoothly, believe me there were many bumps. Very professional will ensure you property will be sold at the best price based on your needs and will advise you on the market.
Laura is absolutely fantastic! She dealt with the re-mortgage of our property from the start explained everything in a professional and understandable way. We have just bought our first property with Paul Dubberley & we can’t fault the team at all! Nicky is amazing! So lovely, helpful & down to earth! We had a few delays along the way.. through no fault of Paul Dubberley but Nicky always kept us aware of the situation & we always knew what was going on - she always tried her hardest to get things completed as quickly as they needed to be and pushed people who needed to be! She always returned phone calls & emails.. even when sometimes there was nothing to report but so we were aware of what was going on. We had consistent communication between ourselves, the seller & solicitors. When Nicky was away, we had regular communication with other team members and they were also very helpful. We can’t thank you enough!
Laura and Nicky were great with helping me and my partner to buy our first property. Being such a stressful thing with a few hiccups along the way Laura and Nicky were always there to reassure us and get things sorted quickly. Now that we have brought our property if we ever need anything Laura and Nicky are always an email or a phone call away to help. I would definitely recommend them :

We have property for a years, however last 3 days since 21st December, I trying contact in emergencies situation, we have boiler gone, no heating no hot water at property for 3 days on the row. Keep calling to Connell that is also dealing with paulduberley keep me redirected calls, paulduberley great bridge office not picking they calls for 3 days. I am paying for the rent £900 a month and on this situation when I am with my daughter has been going through disaster, keep asking my neighbor to borrow electric heater to keep our self’s over the night warm. I wouldn’t recommend to deal with those in future anymore. I am sorry but in such as situations you must at least get back to my calls and left voicemails Tenant from DY4
As a first time buyer i would 100% recommend the Tipton team ! Laura was really helpful in explained the whole morgage process and finding one best suited to us. Always recieved quick reaponses from both Laura and Nicky either by phone or email.
If you want someone to sell your house and be by your side every step of the way then go and talk to Nicola Powers Senior Sales Negotiator at great bridge I can not thank her enuff for keeping me in the loop every step of the way and Nufink was Eva to much trouble for her to help me and up date me so thank you so much
