Fantastic service  specially Brad, Sylvia from Great Bridge office and Sue from Sedgley office ... I must say I have never come across anyone who's assisted me so much!  100% good and ill most definitely be using Skitts again. Absolutely fab,  put me at ease have me correct advice and helped. Always on call.

We used to skitts for selling our house, and we are glad we did. Moving house is stressful enough so we wanted someone who could help us through the process and make it stress-free as possible. Jo definitely did that, we had excellent communication all the way through, and Jo followed up every single point promptly. She made sure she liased with all parties which made the sale as smooth as possible. This also took pressure of us. We found that having a reliable lead point of contact avoided unnecessary calling round and muddled information. Jo was able to call buyers, solicitors etc. Absolutely worth every penny of the fee. I without a doubt recommend for any service.

I cannot give enough thanks for the team at great bridge estate agents. With what was not a straightforward sale, no fault of skitts in any way I might add. This team are amazing Claire at first point of sale very professional and knowledgeable thank you. I must give a special thank you to Brad and Jo who I had most contact with especially jo who was amazing she work so hard for you,  chased everyone solicitors buyers estate agents ect  in what was not a straightforward sale.She never once failed to reply to any calls if she said she would call you back she did. Absolutely brilliant staff thank you so much for all your hard work. Whatever skitts pay jo its not enough give her a pay rise or a promotion amazing.

As a Branch Manager of a large corporate estate agency myself, obviously I had high expectations, and sure enough they were met. My viewings were always confirmed in a text, the viewing representative arrived at the property ahead of me and knew great detail about the history of the property. I placed a full asking price offer, and eventually after a couple of weeks, my offer accepted. As a first time buyer, I was absolutely ecstatic, buzzing even!  The file was then passed over to Joanne Maskell in the Sales Progression Department, and boy did things heat up there. Due to a legal issue with the lease,  and an error on behalf of my chosen mortgage lender, I found myself on the day of completion on my Mum’s driveway with a truck full of furniture. I was also flying out to Cyprus for 3 weeks just the day after to give my sister away at her wedding. During the initial 5 months of conveyancing, I’d had regular contact with Jo, and she was alway able to iron out any issues faced up the point of what we though would be completion in April 2022. During all of the turmoil, and during my time away, and especially since coming back from Cyprus to learn that a ‘Deed of Variation’ was required, Joanne was my right arm.  Fast forward to December 2022, and I have finally completed on my new home and have moved in. The last 15 months have been some of the most stressful of my life, and managing an estate agency yourself, you’d think you’d be able to handle the pressure a little better, but it’s different when it’s a personal matter. There is, without a shadow of a doubt, no chance this would never have completed without the support received by Sale Progression. Joanne Maskell has been my hero!! I cannot thank this lady enough, and will be forever grateful. Joanne cared, and showed empathy/sympathy towards your situation and offered advice where she could. When Jo wasn’t in, I’d speak to Claire who always knew what stage my purchase was at, an obvious sign of communication between the team.  Sales Progression is, in my opinion, the most stressful part of estate agency, however, I understand why it is Jo was given this role. If I didn’t work for a competitor, I’d definitely use Skitts on the sale of my home when it comes to that point, however I don’t think my boss would be too pleased, and I quite like my job, haha!  Great effort guys, thank you!  Jo, I have to do yours separately, but thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart!  Your services were fantastic!

If I could give more stars I would!! What a team! Each and every person that I have dealt with throughout my sale and purchase have been amazing. I feel like every time I call the branch I am speaking to friends.  They are professional but not in a stuffy way .. always jolly, always helpful and and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will recommend the Great Bridge office time and time again!!

Having recently purchased through skitts I couldn't recommend them enough.  Everyone I dealt with was professional and effective. Jo in deal progression was an absolute God send for us, she constantly kept me up to date with the situation and helped coordinate with my vendor.  Overall very happy with the service I received.

DO NOT USE.  Don’t reply to emails or phone calls causing me to miss out on over 4 properties from pure incompetence. You call and get told to email and then no one bothers to reply to emails.
