Our party was made up of two adults and two children. This was our third visit with Groupon afternoon tea vouchers. Every time we have gone we have had excellent service. As much tea as we can drink with great sandwiches, cakes and scone, all well presented. Twice we haven’t been able to finish the cakes, but they were only too happy to give us a box to take them home in. We will be back!

If you would like to ruin your birthday party and waste your time and money, go ahead and order a birthday cake with them!! Here is what happened today. I made an order online and the pick time is from 4 to 6, but the shop was already closed at 6! They didn't bother to give me a phone call at all! I had to drive one hour to get there with two crying babies in the backseats. It is extremely disappointing! And our party is completely ruined!! I am happy to say that the matter was solved by Druckers staff in an efficient and responsible manner. It was not pleasant experience, but I am very pleased and impressed by Druckers staff. Will surely visit the shop again.

Coffee is nice, cheaper than the more popular brands. Only problem is I had a double pram and the staff didn't seem to want to help with my drink to the table.
