Racist cashiers, attempted to implement challenge 25 rule on my daughter that was only there to simply assist carrying my items. Discrimination was very clear. Both supervisor and cashier were absolutely rude.
Normally come shopping here all the time but starting to go less and less. Big store but it's stock is repetitive seams like they have to much of some items and don't actually stock up on what's actually empty. Can never find anyone to ask where things are and when you do find someone. Guess what they don't have it. Staff on check out are rude, expecially the woman with short dark hair with black glasses. Don't know where she was trained for her customer service but think she needs to be trained again. Also seams like they talk about customers down there intercoms because its funny how they all start looking at you once she's spoken to you. They also Like to follow you round the store even tho I come and spend my money there pretty much most of the time because its so close, but would rather travel to cradley tesco where the staff are nice.
The store was nearly empty of fresh produce, having said that it could've been the time of day I went! Staff are great, easy parking
Don't buy this piece of cr@p, used twice and it dies on second time it starts smoking and getting really hot! Save your money and buy elsewhere as this product isn't safe and a huge fire risk, it's a shame supermarkets buy cheap cr@p they know will break just so they get a big profit. Well worth avoiding!
purchased a 6 pack chinese style pork loin sizzle steaks today have some for tea only opened pack took some out only for them to feel slimy to touch see date of pack 25th september 2024 5 days out of date you cant sell out of date food especially meat not good asda
