The coffee is excellent, the range of food and drinks gives enough choice for every taste. Our experience of the staff is always friendly though some are less 'outgoing'. The cheese cake is amazing. Free parking now means I can just go to Halesowen for a coffee and do some work in Coffee Worx. Brilliant

It wouldn't hurt to give a smile with a cup of coffee. The tall dark foreign girl needs a lesson in customer service.

My third time in today and each experience has been awful! The staff are rude and ignorant and the tea was so disgusting not left to brew just chucked in a cup and sent on my way. Won't bother in future, really disappointed considering the prices charged.
