Unlike many retailers, we tailor our whole buying-experience around our customers. From the way we prepare our vehicles, to how the vehicles appear on our forecourt and online, right through to the service we provide after the sale, we always have the customer in mind. When it comes to buying a car we provide customers with a good choice of vehicles to test drive, and arrange competitive finance packages to suit your needs. Most of our vehicles are eligible for our Same Day Drive Away service. Customers also benefit from 3-month preparation guarantee, Oil service if required , Minimum 2.5 mm tread on tyres, Full HPI history checked with banks, insurance, DVLA & police. Professional jet wash & valet. Free 12 months MOT if due within 6 months. Our vehicles are price checked weekly nationwide. Open 7 days a week, home to over 100 quality used cars most of which are inside our showroom in Nuneaton.

Very happy with our experience buying our Dacia Duster. After many weeks of searching unsuccessfully for a car matching our needs and price range, this one caught our eye and the whole process, from initial contact to bringing the vehicle home, lasted just over a week, though the car was ready fully serviced, new MOT etc. within that time.  Overall Jak was very welcoming, answered our questions about the vehicle, didn't pressure us or throw any spanners into the process, and communication was always clear in person and over email. Car was ready and in excellent condition for us to pick up. Given how much of an effort we were expecting, everything was gracefully painless, which we're very happy about! Would recommend.

Travelled here today from Cardiff after Tony confirmed vehicle was ready for collection. SL15 JBY 4 series BMW. Looks nothing like the brochure, I am not sure its road worthy as alloys are in a bad state, have pics. Car was covered in body shop dust inside and out. Please read trust pilot reviews. I took the train home it was safer.

Very happy with my new BMW I purchased from Nuneaton Car Sales, I am very happy with the customer care that was provided, everything was made very easy and convenient for me.  The car was serviced and put through an MOT prior to collection and looked good as gold when I arrived. I recently bought Mercedes B class from them. The experience that I had was very pleasant. People there were very professional, friendly and helpful. My purchase was dealt by Matt and Mark, both of them were really helpful, clear in their communication. Important aspect that I noticed in their approach was that they were never pushy. I would strongly recommend them to my friends.

Tim, the very first person that talked me through the offers has been very helpful and polite. Matt has helped me with the payment and to get finally, my car. Great team, very quick, simple & easy. Mainly dealt with a guy called Tim, very nice explained everything throughly and answered any concerned I had. Jack dealt with the paperwork and explained everything perfectly. Felt very comfortable buying a car here. Would definitely recommend coming here for a car!

I attended this dealership on Sunday after being told by Tony the vehicle was ready for collection. The BMW 4 series SL15 JBY. As per the pictures the car was a mess covered in body shop dust. The alloys were not original and i would question the road worthiness of the vehicle. Be very careful dealing with these people,  I took the train home it was safer.

We went to look at a car we'd waited 2 weeks for them to prep. When we got there they were busy gave us the keys for a test drive. That was pretty much h the sales pitch. The car wasn't ready to be collected and needed additional work. We spoke to the manager who promised to call back and never did. We got a refund from our deposit and bought else where  There is a fine line between no pressure sales and actually assisting a buyer with a sale!

Was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Shout out to Tony Dan and Jake for going above and beyond for me! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! See you when I need my next car lads
