My experience was great due to the excellent customer service we received.
Our sales representative John was friendly and both knowledgable and helpful throughout. He encouraged us to try a number of different mattresses in order to assist and inform our choice and provided detailed explanation of the composition and features of each one. He also gave us clear information about the interest free credit purchase option available and didn't pressurise us to make a decision although we decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway.
John was very helpful, patient and friendly. A credit to Bensns.
