I would recommend booking the tickets through Dream World Travel Ltd. Ahmed has been very helpful in understanding my travel requirement and suggesting the best itinerary. Even helped me in amending the name when there was a mistake. Quick response and excellent service. Keep up the good work, Ahmed !!! You have made my day.

I would actually give this company no stars, however, it wont let me leave a review without at least giving it 1. This company is shocking and I would say STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. We purchased tickets in July 2017 to fly out to Florida in December for New Year. When we arrived at the airport we were told that the tickets hadn't been purchased even though the airline had contacted the company 3 times asking for payment. We then had to pay out a further £500 plus and additional expenses to arrive at out destination. They have since re-reimbursed us the actual flight money, but that still leaves us out of pocket by over £800 plus. PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS DO NOT USE DREAM WORLD TRAVEL, THEY WILL ROB YOU AND DON'T CARE. I have been emailing Jim for weeks now, and finally get a response of your matter has been dealt with, please see attached email from their legal team. No attachment!!! and even when i ask him to send to another email, waiting hours and still nothing. Now its going legal!

This was my first time using this company & it was a pleasure. Sam was very helpful, polite & thorough. I would certainly use Dream World Travel again.

To be honest I was quite nervous about my booking with Dream World Travel after the reviews I saw on the internet after my booking. But to be honest Andy handled my holiday with my family to Jamaica very professionally and perfectly ! He listened to my concerns and did everything in his power to make sure I was reassured and made sure everything went smoothly. There was a little bit of confusion concerning the baggage allowance but Andy sorted the problem out in a timely manner and helped me with everything. It was very important for me to get all of the 7 tickets quite early and Dream World Travel suffered a loss of alot of money but didn't ask me to pay the difference. I will be booking with them again, and I would recommend them to my friends and family. This is a complete honest review. I wouldn't pay too much attention to reviews from 2016, I don't know if these old reviews are true or not, but today in 2018 they are very professional and helpful, and I couldn't recommend them more ! Thanks for everything Andy !
