Blatant scammers. My terminally I'll mother travelled to Rome and booked transport via this company. Never showed up and left her stranded in Rome. Numerous ignored emails, never ending call transfers and even template responses on Facebook before blocking our reply. I implore anyone to look elsewhere for a reputable company, nothing but scammers.
