Just bear in mind it's a student bar staffed by students I have to say the cocktails are sickly sweet I only had the loaded chips to eat but they were adequate.
Atrocious service, untrained staff, everything seemed like an effort. No cutlery, napkins or condiments offered. No checkback, and nobody cleared our table for at least two hours. Mind it was fairly dead as between 3 and 6 pm. If they struggle with simple orders, don't know what cards they accept and how to print a receipt then it's scary to think what happens in the kitchen or in case there was an emergency. I get it is a student bar, but it needs at least 1 responsible adult on site that knows what they are doing.
It will take 20 minutes in a queue for you to be served. Third time here, third time this has happened. Better described as a "queuing experience" than as a bar. Your life is too short to bother with this pointless place. Available for hire, I think but not a good idea at all unless you want to loose the will to live. They couldn't cope.
The Atmosphere is amazing. However, the service is slow and often the bartender does not know his drinks

Good atmosphere for students, as they have pool tables and sometimes they have table tennis too. The food can be a bit expensive compared to nearby takeaway shops but have good taste to them. Would avoid the pizza!
Amazing memories
Went to a party that hired the space. For the amount of people the event had the venue was severely unprepared. There were only two bartenders serving a group of at least 100 people. They were not serving draught beer, and quickly ran out of canned beer. People from our event had to go and get tonic water as they ran out of that as well. The bartenders were doing their best but we had to wait thirty minutes to get a drink, which is unacceptable for a space that’s hired out. Management should have been more prepared and more responsible.
