Good value for money! Went there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and we purchased the £50 pound pack which includes 10 beers and a bottle of Prosecco! Very good price for the money! Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful! When we had an issue with some people refusing to social distance and insisting to sit on the same sofa with us even if they had chairs at the table, they first tried to convince the people to follow the rules. Seeing that they don’t get anywhere with them, they offered us another table.
Nice pub ...i can not wait gor my next time to have fun and enjoy there....i saw the lady make a very pretty cocktail on the desk...omg i can not wait for try it
I went here a couple weeks ago and it had smashing music, excellent service, great vibes. The drinks selection was good, the bartenders were really friendly and the security puppy called Peanut was adorable. I would definately go again
Friendly local pub, they have stools at the bar so you can sit there many pubs in London do not have stools at the bar. The bartenders are very friendly and push popcorn on you but they put on a good show and talk a good conversation. The locals are friendly and inquisitive when you're from out of the country. Very easy place to hang out.
Moderately priced cocktails, venue and atmosphere in keeping with the area. Our drinks were made well and generously. We wanted a place to chill to hang out. Vibe is grungy chill here.
Great music, friendly service and fun vibes! During our time in London we stopped in twice for drinks and had a great time on both occasions. Everyone was super friendly - from the security staff to the bartenders. They play great music, people started dancing and there were random sing alongs. It appears as though most patrons are locals and the atmosphere really is that of a neighbourhood bar.
Was charged the ‘deluxe spirit & mixer 50ml’ price of £12.50 each for two Jameson’s and ginger ales. Wasn’t asked if I wanted a single or double so assume it was a single. Way overpriced. Queried with bar staff and they said that’s what it is. Many better, more regular priced bars in the area.
Well, an interesting experience! We saw the windows outside suggesting pizza, burgers, loaded fries...sounded like it would be a great gastro style menu. We went in, staff and manager all very lovely and friendly, asked if serving food and we were told they were. We ordered our drinks, not too bad a price for London and tasted pretty good. There was a menu on the table, literally looked like a menu you may find for those cheap, quick sports deals in pubs, burger & chips, wings and chips, about 8 things on there. We asked if there was a full menu to be informed that was it! No pizza, no loaded fries...not what we were expecting!! But it was late, my birthday and we wanted to concentrate on catching up with my childhood friend for the celebration, so we ordered. About 15 mins after order we were informed no cheese for my burger. Disapointing. Then another 20 mins passed, still no food. My friend asked originally, we had made a joke of they must be off to fetch it from down the road, turns out, we were half right, it had been 'ordered' and they were waiting on deliveroo to turn up with it!!! this was the point if we didn't laugh we'd cry! The manager then informed us normally they only take about half an hour, we were told none of this when ordered, or we wouldn't have! So, the manager gave us a round of shots as my birthday and was apologetic, only reason they get 2 stars! Another 15 mins passed and our takeaway turned up, in our takeaway boxes! Quite embarassing having people stare at you as in a pub eating a takeaway! My wife had wings, me and my friend had a burger, and after tasting it were very jealous of my wife, her wings were hot and nice, all our fries were cold and the burgers VERY dry, I had no salad, my friend ended up with basically a whole onion! However, can't review where the food was made as no idea!!! But maybe change your deliveroo options! Literally your service alone saved you from a 1 star!
Had a nice G&T tonight with my wife here. Price is decent but the music playing over speakers was fantastic! A huge shout out to Taylor who helped us book an Uber when our app was failing us. Thank you so much Taylor for your assistance to a complete stranger, God bless you!! Definitely will return !Food: 5/5
Horrible! I went with a group of girls, we were enjoying ourselves when a very intimidating man came and invaded our space and aggressively perused us, even when we made it clear we weren’t interested he still persisted which forced us to leave. We felt very unsafe and unsettled. When leaving the bouncers referred to the man and knew about his behaviour but wouldn’t do anything as ‘that’s just him’. God knows how many other women have been harassed here and nothing has been done. Ruined our experience completely and view this place badly because of it.
